Hello my fans!  I am proving that I am NOT a creature of habit.  Look.  I am out on a school night.  It is Wednesday at THE BOHEMIA.  Sun is out, warm, beautiful summer night.

Shremser Pint 4.0% £3.95 Lager, Schrems, Austria (from drink menu). Wow, great beer. chilled, refreshing. Perfect for this summer night.

Then, soon realized something wrong,  No peas!!!  Fine, did not mentioned on the menu but peas must be default.

1. Fish 5/10.  Yes this must be cod/haddock.  Juicy.  But but big but.  Batter was so “inflated”, totally detached from fish, probably cooked in too high temperature.  What made it worse was that they took fish skin off.  Fish skin does add distinctive flavours (and nutrition) and also attaches well with batter.  Batter and fish were not integrated.  I had to left batter aside, unable to finish.  I know some people eat this way on purpose (aiming to reduce energy intake?) but not me.
2. Chips 5/10.  This is not chips.  This is between french fries and chips.  Cooked from frozen.  Oil was not drained well enough, small pool of oil on plate.  Yes, it was busy night in THE BOHEMIA, but no excuse.
3. Peas N/A.  How disappointing!

Total score 4/10,  Sorry folks for harsh marking but it is a harsh world out there.  Good night!
